Life, the world, people.

With the Coronavirus colliding keeping us further apart, we think we need to be far away, but that’s far from the truth with more people depressed from the pain of being far from others.

Now I’m not saying let’s just jump right back into the world and save people’s lives even though that would be great.

I think more people need to go out of there way to make sure people that are close and far know how much they are loved and need to be asked if they are okay. I think the reality is many people are not doing okay so we need to really come together to meet others needs while still remaining smart.

I feel like sense the pressure of surrounding love is basically evaporated from our very souls we need to figure something out because it’s taking a serious toll on our mental health. Some examples is simply have conversations with your neighbors outside within a distance, or talk through an open window.

Sending cards that say Hey, we are thinking and praying for you.

And most of all take care of your mental state, take care of your depression. Call the National…
