Depression is extremely complex, there are many things going on in ones brain during the episode of overwhelming sadness. To help someone from depression the very first step you need to take is to understand if you we’re in their shoes fighting. Really envision that, depression is serious so take those suffering seriously and tell them how much you care about them, try and remind that person every single day that you care.
Hold onto them like they are everything to you even if they hurt you because sometimes people who suffer from depression get frustrated easily just because they’r holding onto so much pain so they need someone to lean on during this season.
