Don’t back down!

Go, go, don’t stop in life, keep running, even while your sweaty, even when your back gives out. Cause God’s got you, always. -The Art Of Moving By Jacob Ruhl

Iv’e been trough depression, not just ordinary sadness, down right on the bottom of life. I’m surprised to hear some people say “I haven’t went through it.”

— Yeah you have, you just need room for improving your memory, you don’t remember your pain because you’ve been too busy trying to numb it.

The picture below may be disturbing to some viewers —

I think this picture is truly how we feel sometimes, you probably feel this in your soul right now that this photo just looks like something you have seen before.

People do this to us sometimes.

— We do this to ourselves sometimes, we pick at our weak spots and tear ourselves down knowing it’s going to feel worse, draining ourselves on purpose and we think to ourselves it’s okay to do that while in reality it’s not okay. None of that is “OKAY”

So please, for the sake of your heart and mind, stop it.
