Depression is real, but to kill it we need to open up. If their is a horrible person and they spend all their time bullying you, you should announce it your peers around you to get help. It’s just common sense at the end of the day. But if you stay quiet your just killing yourself and the rest of the hollow joy you have left. Stop letting the gossip rotate around you while you stay empty. Tell someone, please. Most everyone except little kids have dealt with depression in their lives. A lot of people in their 40s and 50s have already experienced depression at some point in their lives so find that age group and reach out to them.

All I know in my heart is we can’t keep going at this killer called depression alone. In fact surround yourself with people that KNOW what it’s really like to deal with mental illness.

And if you need to, go to a doctor and seek professional help. Call the suicide hotline number @1–800–273–8255 or contact 911. Don’t forget those people have training to reach you at such speeds that no-one else can, they will be their to save your life. Go to a doctor, go get medication, it may save your life.
